Hlavním tématem této práce je analýza právního systému České republiky v oblasti asistované reprodukce. Zhodnotit, zda platná právní úprava drží krok s moderními medicínskými metodami v asistované reprodukci. The main topic of this work is an analysis of the legal system of the Czech Republic. Asses, if the current legislation keeps up with modern medical methods of assisted reproduction. The issue of assisted reproduction is closely related with many operations which are not ethically correct, for example gamet donation or surrogacy and many others.
