Abstract:
Diplomová práce "Johann Sebastian Bach: Janovy pašije" se věnuje rozboru pašijového oratoria dle Evangelia sv. Jana, které J. S. Bach zkomponoval během svého angažmá v Lipsku a které zde poprvé zazněly na Velký pátek roku 1724. Obsahuje kapitoly o vzniku a úpravách díla, původu textu i Bachův stručný životopis. Těžištěm díla je hudební analýza jednotlivých částí Pašijí včetně překladu textu.
Abstract:
The master's thesis deals with a music analysis of the oratorio according to St John gospel which J. S. Bach composed during his stay in Leipzig where it was performed on Good Friday 1724 for the first time. The thesis includes chapters about the rise and evolution of the Passion, the origin of the lyrics and Bach's biography.
