Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je nahlédnout do světa podnikajících žen, odkrýt jejich ambice a motivaci k podnikání. Tímto světem je myšlena nejen podnikatelská činnost, ale i rodinný život. Teoretická část přináší pohled do historie ženských rolí a počátků jejich prosazování až dodnes. Dále uplatnění žen ve vedoucích pozicích a téma podnikání. Praktická část přináší pohled do světa konkrétních podnikajících žen, odkrývá jejich postoje a to, jak dokáží skloubit svět podnikání se světem osobním.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the insight into the world of female entrepreneurs, uncovers their ambition and motivation for entrepreneurship. In this world, I mean not only work, but also the family life. The theoretical part gives an insight into the history of women's roles and enforce their beginnings until today. Furthermore, the involvement of women in leadership positions and also brings the topic of entrepreneurship. Practical part gives an insight into the world of particular female entrepreneurs, reveals their attitudes and how they can combine the business world with the world of personal - family.
