Community planning in Ústí nad Labem - 10 years of co-ordinating group for seniors

Abstract:

V této práci se věnuji procesu komunitního plánování ve městě a okrese Ústí nad Labem s úzkým zaměřením na činnost Koordinační skupiny pro oblast seniorů. Proces komunitního plánování vymezuji z pohledu platného zákona č. 108/2006 Sb. se zaměřením na působnost orgánů státní správy v systému sociálních služeb především v rámci sociálních služeb pro cílovou oblast seniorů. Součástí práce je demografický popis území města a okresu Ústí nad Labem s prognózou vývoje do budoucnosti. Dále jsou zmíněny konkrétní kroky průběhu komunitního plánování v daném území. Podstatnou část práce tvoří vymezení postavení a rolí Koordinační skupiny pro oblast seniorů v rámci organizační struktury komunitního plánování ve městě spolu s vymezením zapojení tohoto subjektu do procesu plánování a hodnocení činnosti tohoto subjektu pomocí Kritérií kvality plánování sociálních služeb.

Abstract:

In this theses I attend to the process of the community planning in the region of Ústí nad Labem with the externalization to the activity of Co-ordinating group for seniors. Process of the community planning is defined in the context of significant statute about social services No. 108/2006, which revises agency of state-controlled authorities in the system of social services, especially in the relation to social services for seniors. The theses contains demographic description of the region of Ústí nad Labem with the prediction to the future. There are mentioned factual steps of procedure of community planning in the region. Constituent part of the theses presents specification of position and status of Co-ordinating group for seniors in the context of the organization structure of the process of community planning in Ústí nad Labem along with definition of involvement of this subject to this process and evaluation of its activities through the medium of the Quality standards of social services planning.
