Cílem této práce je zjistit, které faktory napomáhají či zabraňují úspěšnému ukončení reorganizace splněním reorganizačního plánu. V první části práce je definován pojem reorganizace, její přípustnost a povolení. V další části je podrobněji popsán reorganizační plán. The aim of this thesis is to determine factors, that leads to or obstructs successful fulfillment of the reorganization plan. In the first part of the thesis is the concept of reorganization defined and its admissibility. In the next section is the reorganization plan described in detail.
