Expected requirements of Industry 4.0 for employees and their education

Abstract:

V poslední době stále častěji a rychleji se mění poptávka po pracovních místech, což dělá profese vyžádané ještě včera úplně k ničemu zítra. To znamená, že prognózování a predikci poptávky je třeba řešit nejen na úrovni velkých společností, ale i národních a nadnárodních korporací. Stále větší rozvoj a posilování mezinárodních kontaktů v rámci Evropské unie jakož i výměna studentů a zaměstnanců mezi různými zeměmi a městy poskytuje prostor pro analýzu možných účinků čtvrté průmyslové revoluce. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jak se změní požadavky k zaměstnancům, nároky na jejich vzdělání a poptávka po různých profesích na trhu práce pod vlivem Průmyslu 4.0. Dílčím cílem je identifikovat potenciálně populární profese v Evropě v průběhu následujících 10 let. Teoretická část práce je zpracována v podobě literární rešerše, kde probíhá zhodnocení existujících teoretických názorů a mapování východisek zvolené problematiky. V praktické části diplomové práce je proveden vlastní výzkum na základě analýzy provedených rozhovorů a analýzy výsledků dotazníkového šetření.

Abstract:

The demand for jobs has been changing more rapidly and more frequently, making professions demanded yesterday completely useless tomorrow. This means that forecasting and prediction of the demand needs to be addressed not only at the level of large companies but also at the level of national and multinational corporations. The increasing development and strengthening of international contacts within the European Union, as well as the exchange of students and staff between different countries and cities, provide scope for analyzing the possible effects of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The aim of this work is to find out how Industry 4.0 may influence changes in the requirements for employees and their education and the demand for various professions in the labor market. An intermediate goal is to identify potentially popular professions in Europe over the next 10 years. The theoretical part of this work is processed in the form of a literature search, including the evaluation of existing theoretical opinions and mapping of the starting points of the selected topic. In the practical part of the diploma thesis, the research was based on the analysis of interviews and results of the questionnaire.
