Subjekty v trestním řízení

Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou subjektů vystupujících v trestním řízení. Je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. Jsou popsány a vysvětleny základní pojmy týkající se trestního řízení a trestního práva procesního obecně. Zmíněna je ochrana základních práv a svobod v trestním řízení. Subjektům je věnována samostatná kapitola, vybraným popsaným subjektem je obviněný.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with issues concerning legal entities which appear in criminal trial. It is divided into four chaptres. Basic terms regarding the criminal trial and the criminal law in general are described and explained. A protection of fundametal rights and basic freedoms is mentioned. A separate chapter is dedicated to the legal entities themselves, the chosen particular entity is the accused.
