Strategy of Integration in case of the Holders of International Protection

Abstract:

Tato kvalitativní studie se snaží postihnout proces integrace držitelů mezinárodní ochrany. Zaměřuje se na strategie, které držitelé mezinárodní ochrany uplatňují v rámci tohoto procesu a především pak na faktory, které mají vliv na volbu těchto strategií, a to od rozhodnutí k odchodu ze země původu až po současný život v České republice. Výzkumný vzorek tvoří skupina držitelů mezinárodní ochrany žijících na území města Brna. Teoretickým základem práce je především multidimezionální přístup k integraci dle Bosswicka a Heckmanna, který tvoří základní rámec kvalitativního výzkumu. Analýza mikro a makrosociálních faktorů je pak provedena především v kontextu sociální situace každého jedince a přístupu České republiky k integraci této skupiny cizinců. Cílem této práce je identifikovat hlavní faktory, které mají vliv život držitelů mezinárodní ochrany. Součástí práce je také formulace doporučení, která jsou určena především tvůrcům integrační a azylové politiky. Rozsah základního textu: 19 859 slov

Abstract:

This qualitative study attempts to include the integration process of holders of international protection. It explores strategies that holders of international protection apply throughout this process and especially on the factors that influence the choice of strategies, from the decision to leave their country of origin to the present life in the Czech Republic. The research sample contains a group of international protection holdres who live in Brno. The theoretical basis for this paper is multidimensional approach to integration formed by Bosswick and Heckmann, it provides basic frame of qualitative research. The micro and macro factors were analyzed in context of social situation of each person and approach of Czech Republic to integration this category of foreigners. This thesis aims to identify the main factors which may have impact to lives of international protection holders. Part of this study is also a list of recommendation for integration and asylum policy makers. Number of words: 19 859
