BREATH TECHNIQUES AND THEIR INFLUENCE IN SINGING TECHNIQUE

Abstract:

Tato práce s názvem Dechové techniky a jejich vliv na techniku pěveckou se zabývá možnostmi využití několika významných technik práce s dechem a uvolňováním svalů pro zpěváky. Postupně jsou rozebírány následující: Wim Hofova metoda, Feldenkraisova metoda, Alexandrova metoda, jógové dechové techniky. V další části následují výsledky dotazníkového šetření, kde je cílem zjistit, jaké techniky studenti zpěvu znají a jak s dechem pracují.

Abstract:

This master's thesis, entitled Breathing Techniques and Their Influence on Singing Techniques, deals with the possibilities of using several important techniques of working with breathing and muscle relaxation for singers. The following are discussed: Wim Hof's method, Feldenkrais method, Alexander's method, yoga breathing techniques. The next part talks about the results of the questionnaire survey, where the aim is to find out what techniques singing students know and how they work with the breath.
