Abstract:
Tématem této bakalářské práce je především pátrání po osobách hledaných či pohřešovaných, okrajově se zmiňuje o pátrání po věcech. V jednotlivých kapitolách postupně definuje pojem pátrání z hlediska kriminalistické teorie a s odkazem na legislativní dokumenty, které se této problematiky týkají.
