Nejprve jsou představeny vybrané základní pojmy z oblasti informačních technologií i právního režimu softwaru, dále jsou představeny často používané licence a vysvětleny vztahy kompatibility mezi nimi a problematika takzvaného multilicencování. The aim of this thesis was to address particular problems relating to the free and open source software. In the beginning, some basic expressions from the area of information technology and legal status of software, then specific widely used licences are introduced and relations of their compatibility and multilicencing are explained.
