Abstract:
Bakalářská práce má teoreticko - empirický charakter. Cílem práce je zhodnotit profesní kariéru učitelem mateřské školy. V teoretické části jsou sumarizovány poznatky o učitelské profesi a vývoj profesní kariéry učitele mateřské školy. V empirické části jsou prezentovány výsledky empirického výzkumu. The bachelor thesis has a theoretical - empirical character. The aim of the thesis is to evaluace the professional career of a kindergarten teacher.
