Cílem práce je zhodnocení rozsahu pravomocí ČOI v kontextu ochrany spotřebitelů. Pro dosažení výsledků budou pravomoci ČOI komparovány s pravomocemi orgánů ochrany spotřebitele ve vybraných členských zemích Evropské unie. The basis of the work is the assessment of the scope of the CTIA´s powers in the context of cosumer protection. In order to achieve results, the powers of CTIA will be compared with the powers of consumer protection authorities in selected member countries of the European Union.
