Testing for SARS-Cov 2 Virus Infection in the Population and Proper Interpretation of Results in the Context of Antiviral Immunity
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rutinními metodami na detekci viru SARS-CoV-2, který způsobuje pandemii onemocnění COVID-19 projevující se těžkým respiračním syndromem, prováděné nejen v laboratořích. Práce popisuje rozdělení a princip diagnostických testů se zaměřením především na správnou interpretaci jejich výsledků.
Abstract:
This Bacelor thesis deals with routine methods for detection SARS-CoV-2 virus, which cause a pandemic of COVID-19 disease manifesting itself as a severe respiratory syndrome, carried out not only in laboratories. The thesis describes the distribution and principle of diagnostic tests, focusing primarily on correct interpretation of their results.
