Abstract:
Funkční květní orgány (kalich, koruna, tyčinky, pestík) vznikají při vývojovém procesu zvaném kvetení. Za determinaci květních orgánů jsou zodpovědné MADS- box geny, které kódují transkripční faktory s DNA vazebnou MADS doménou. Tyto transkripční faktory jsou proteiny, které spolu interagují za vzniku tetramerů (kvartetů). Tyto komplexy regulují genovou expresi a podílejí se na vzniku květních orgánů …more
Abstract:
Functional flower organs (calyx, crown, stamens, carpel) are formed in a developmental process called flowering. MADS-box genes that encode transcription factors with the DNA binding MADS domain are responsible for the determination of flower organs.
