Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na agilní metodiku Lean Software Development, její principy a ukázkou použitelnosti této metodiky v praxi na skutečně běžícím softwarovém projektu. Prostřednictvím analýz stavů projektu, byly identifikovány jeho problémy na projektu a následně navrhnuta řešení příčin těchto problémů na základě uvedené metodiky. The diploma thesis is focused on the agile methodology Lean Software Development, its principles and an example of usage on the real software project. The problems were identified in terms of analyses of the projects states and afterwards solutions have been proposed on the agile methodology.
