Semi-high chair design with modern aspects of healthy sitting

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem zdravého sezení člověka v pozici polosedu neboli polostoje a je rozdělena do několika částí.První část je zaměřena obecně na historii a vývoj sezení, ergonomii sedacího nábytku a na bezpečnostní předpisy, které musí produkty tohoto typu splňovat. Poté následuje výzkum, který je věnován zdravotním aspektům sezení. Zde jsou obsaženy názory a postřehy znalců s dlouholetou praxí v oboru fyzioterapie. V poslední části pak práce popisuje samotnou výrobu, od prvotních skic přes 3D modelování v programu Sketchup až k samotné výrobě reálného modelu, a to včetně kalkulací s popisy použitých materiálů a také dokumentace pro výrobu daného návrhu.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of healthy sitting in a position of semi-sitting or semi-standing and is divided into several parts. The first part focuses generally on the history and development of seating, ergonomics of seating furniture and safety regulations that products of this type must meet. This is followed by research on the health aspects of sitting. Here opinions and observations of experts in the field of physiotherapy are presented. In the last part, the work describes the production itself, starting from initial sketches through 3D modeling in Sketchup software to the actual production of the real model, including calculations, descriptions of the materials used and documentation to produce proposed design.
