Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je „Agenturní zaměstnávání“, které je velmi aktuální, a to jak z hlediska teoretických, tak i praktických problémů. Jedná se o specifický trojstranný právní vztah agentura práce – zaměstnanec – uživatel, kterému se věnuje teoretická část bakalářské práce. Ta je dále zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů, řeší aktuální právní úpravu a podmínky agenturního zaměstnávání dle českého právního řádu. V aplikační části se věnuji výsledkům dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci agentur práce, které poukazují na možné formy porušování zákona včetně návrhů na jejich řešení.

Abstract:

The topis of the bachelor thesis is „Agency employment“, which is very current, both in terms of theoretical and practical problems. This is a specific tripartite legal relationship employment agency – employee – user, to whom the theoretical part of the work is devoted. I tis further focused on the definition of basic concepts, adresses the current legislation and conditions of agency employment under the Czech legal systém. In the application part I deal with the results of a questionnaire survey among employees of employment agencies, which point to possible forms of violation of law, including proposals for their solution.
