Bakalářská práce se zabývá pooperační bolestí u klasické a laparoskopické operace kýly. Teoretická část práce se věnuje patofyziologii bolesti a vlivu pooperační bolesti na organismus. Dále se věnuje dělení a léčbě bolesti. Následně je zde zpracovaná problematika kýl a problematika tříselné kýly s metodami operace kýl. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with postoperative pain in classical and laparoscopic hernia surgery. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the pathophysiology of pain and the impact of postoperative pain on the organism. It also addresses the classification and treatment of pain.
