The attitude of women- clients of The Authority of social and legal protection of children to their case being solved by female social workers

Abstract:

Tato práce je zaměřena na postoj klientek Orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí k řešení jejich případu ženou- sociální pracovnicí. Teoretickou část započíná první kapitola, věnující se pojmu rodiny ve vztahu k sociálně-právní ochraně dětí. Nejen, že blíže rozebírá případy, které výše uvedená instituce řeší, ale také poukazuje na role pracovníků a klientů ne pouze ve vzájemné interakci. Nahlíží mimo jiné také do etiky v souvislosti s Orgánem sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, která s tématikou této práce úzce souvisí. Druhá kapitola je směřována k tématice genderu v souvislosti se sociální prací. Věnuje se nejen poměru žen a mužů v oboru sociální práce, ale také stereotypům v oblasti genderu, které se mohou v sociální práci objevovat. Empirická část obsahuje kvalitativní výzkum, zaměřen na klientky Orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí ženského pohlaví, jejichž rodinný případ je řešen sociální pracovnicí- ženou. Výzkumné šetření bylo uskutečňováno šest dní formou volného rozhovoru s jednotlivými klientkami, který byl však strukturou předem naplánován.

Abstract:

This work is focused on the attitude of the fermale clients of the Social and Legal Protection Authority of Children to solve their case by female social workers. The theoretical part starts with the first chapter, devoted to the concept of family in relation to the social and legal protection of children. It analyses all possible cases solved by the institution mentioned above, but also points to the roles of workers and clients not only in interaction of each other. It also examines the ethics in connection with the Social and Legal Protection of Children, which is closely related to the topic of this work. The second chapter focuses on gender in the context of social work. It is not only about the ratio of women and men, working in the social work branch, but also about gender stereotypes that can appear in social work. The empirical part contains a qualitative research focused on female clients of the social-legal protection of the children whose family case is solved by female social workers. The research survey was realized for six days in the form of a free interview with individual women clients, but the structure was planned in advance.
