Project of a marketing strategy in the field of travel movement in the microregion of Jesenicko

Abstract:

Hlavním důvodem zpracování diplomové práce je vypracování projektu marketingové strategie cestovního ruchu v mikroregionu Jesenicko za účelem jeho zlepšení a rozvoje v oblasti cestovního ruchu. Po úvodní částí následuje rešerše literárních pramenů, jenž jsou čerpány z odborné literatury, která se vztahuje k danému tématu, včetně problematiky cestovního ruchu. Praktická část představuje mikroregion Jesenicko, jeho historii, a současnost. V analytické části je provedena situační analýza popisující současný stav mikroregionu v oblasti cestovního ruchu. Jsou zde zdůrazněny největší nedostatky mikroregionu v současnosti. Je zde popsaná situace mikroregionu v oblasti turismu a lázeňství. Projektová část obsahuje vytvoření marketingové strategie mikroregionu Jesenicko v oblasti cestovní ruchu, jako ucelený dokument a návod, jak zlepšit postavení destinace v oblasti cestovního ruchu. Uvedená část diplomové práce vychází ze závěrů situační analýzy, obsahující nákladovou analýzu, časový harmonogram, návrhy opatření, kontrolu a rizikovou analýzu.

Abstract:

The main reason for creating my master thesis is to develop the project of marketing strategy of tourist trade of the microregion Jesenicko for the purpose of its improvement and development in the area of tourist trade. After the introductory part the research of literary sources is followed, these sources are draw on the special literature that relates to the given topic, including the area of tourist trade. The practical part introduces the microregion Jesenicko, its history and present. The analytical part involves the situation analysis describing the current situation of the microregion in the area of tourist trade. In this part the biggest imperfections of microregion Jesenicko on the present are clearly stressed on. Herein, the current situation of the area of tourist trade and spa industry is described. The project part includes the creating of marketing strategy of the microregion Jesenicko in the area of the tourist trade, as the self-contained document and the instruction for improvement of the placement of the destination in the area of tourist trade. Aforesaid part comes out of the conclusions of situation analysis including the cost analysis, schedule, the proposal of remedies, control and risk analysis.
