Abstract:
Cílem teoretické části bakalářské práce je vymezení základních pojmů, jako je např. firemní kultura. Každá firma je charakteristická svojí vlastní firemní kultu-rou a zahrnuje soubory norem, vize a mise firmy, symboly, historky a tradice, které se ve firmě dodržují.
