Adaptation of new employees in a selected organization
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu adaptačního procesu ve společnosti PRECIOSA- Lustry, a.s. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první části se zabývá charakteristikou základních pojmů a dále uvedením do problematiky spojené s procesem adaptace nově nastupujících pracovníků do organizace. Ve druhé části je analyzován tento proces konkrétně ve společnosti PRECIOSA- Lustry, a.s.
Abstract:
The master thesis is focused on analysis of the adaptation process in the company PRECIOSA Lighting. The thesis is divided in two parts. There is the characteristics of the basic concepts in the first part, subsequently there is discussed the issue of the adaptation of new employees. The analysis of the adaptation program in PRECIOSA Lighting is parsed in the second part of the master thesis.
