Adventure Therapy in the Therapeutic Community Fides.

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá léčebnou metodou v terapeutických komunitách pro drogově závislé jedince - terapii dobrodružstvím. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. První kapitola teoretické části práce se věnuje vysvětlením pojmu dobrodružství a terapie dobrodružstvím, zabývá se charakteristickými prvky a přínosy terapie dobrodružstvím a v závěru se kapitola zabývá terapii dobrodružstvím v Terapeutické komunitě Fides. Druhá kapitola teoretické části pojednává o terapeutických komunitách, jejich vývoji, cílech, pravidlech, fázích a aktivitách. Kapitola je ukončena představením Terapeutické komunity TK Fides. Třetí kapitola se zabývá odbornými pracovníky terapeutické komunity pro drogově závislé. Zaměřuje se na složení terapeutického týmu, terapeutický vztah, vzdělávání pracovníků a na etický kodex pracovníků v terapeutických komunitách. Praktická část diplomové práce se věnuje výzkumu, který byl realizován v Terapeutické komunitě Fides. Kapitola obsahuje popis výzkumného problému, cílu a výzkumných otázek, dále se zabývá respondenty výzkum a sběru dat. Dále kapitola představuje použitou metodu MCA (analýza konstituce významu). Výzkumné šetření bylo prováděno polostrukturovanými rozhovory s pracovníky TK Fides, které byly následně analyzovány pomocí kvalitativní metody analýzy Meaning Constitution Analysis (MCA). Výsledky výzkumu jsou interpretovány po jednotlivých výzkumných otázkách a v závěru jsou výsledky shrnuty.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the therapeutic method in therapeutic communities for drug addicts that is caled adventure therapy. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The first chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to explaining of the concept adventure and the adventure therapy, deals with the characteristic elements and benefits of adventure therapy, and the chapter is devoted to adventure therapy in the Therapeutic community Fides. The second chapter of the theoretical part deals with therapeutic communities, their development, goals, rules, phases and activities. The chapter ends with the introduction of Therapeutic Community of TK Fides. The third chapter deals with proffesional staff in the therapeutic community for drug addicts. It focuses on the composition of the therapeutic team, the therapeutic relationship, the training of proffesional staff and the ethical code of the professinal staff in the therapeutic communities. The practical part of the thesis deals with research, which was realized in the Therapeutic community Fides. The chapter contains a description of the research problem, the objective and the research questions, as well as the research respondent and data collection. Further, the chapter presents used MCA method (Meaning Constitution Analysis). The research was carried out by semi-structured interviews with professional staff of TK Fides that was subsequently analyzed using a qualitative method of analysis of the Meaning Constitution Analysis (MCA). The results of research are interpreted on individual research questions and in the end the results are summarized.
