Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo poukázat na závažnost střelného poranění. Metodikou, pomocí níž jsme na skutečnost poukázali, byla výzkumná kazuistika. Práci rozdělíme do několika částí, z nichž první bude věnována statistice počtu poranění, jenž způsobily střely svým zásahem do lidského organismu. V následující části se již budu zabývat samotnými střelnými poraněními, charakterizuji několik skupin poranění, podle způsobu zásahu lidské tkáně, několik vlastností, podle kterých lze určit vzdálenost, z jaké se střílelo a čím bylo vystřeleno. Ve třetí části představím přípravu na urgentní operaci, kde se budu věnovat především práci sestry a naznačím možné komplikace pooperační péče u pacienta se střelným poraněním. Poslední část bude praktická, kde bude hlavním úkolem rozebrat kazuistiku pacienta se střelným poraněním a poukázat na způsob jeho ošetření. Charakterizuji anamnézu, katamnézu a aktuální stav vybraného pacienta a vylíčím den po dni pacientovu hospitalizaci. Tato práce může být užitečnou jak pro odborníky ve zdravotnictví tak i pro širokou veřejnost. Seznámit se mohou především s první pomocí u střelného poranění, které je v dnešní době jedním z nejvážnějších poranění.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to point out the severity of a gunshot wound. A method of research casuistry is used to support the findings. Thesis consists of several parts. The first part is dedicated to the statistics of injuries caused by gunshots to the human body. The next part focuses specifically on gunshot wounds. I will describe several groups of wounds according to the way of their penetration of the human tissue. Furthermore, I will characterize properties according to which we can determine gunshot distance and type of weapon. In the third part I will introduce the preparation for an emergency surgery. My main focus will be directed towards the work of the nurse and possible postoperative care complications of a patient with a gunshot wound. The last part is the practical part. The main task of this part focuses on casuistry of patient that has suffered a gunshot wound, and a way of its treatment. I describe the anamnesis, catamnesis, current condition of the patient and their hospitalization day by day. This thesis can be useful both for professionals and the general public. They can familiarize themselves mainly with gunshot wounds first aid, which is currently among the most serious injuries.
