Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem "Ošetřovatelská péče o neurochirurgického pacienta s diagnostikou mozkové smrti" se v teoretické části věnuje anatomickému základu, definici, diagnostice a patofyziologii smrti mozku. Dále transplantačnímu procesu, jeho legislativě a etice. Poslední pasáž teoretické části se věnuje rolím všeobecné sestry o dárce orgánů, základní ošetřovatelské péči a monitoraci fyziologických funkcí. K vypracování praktické části, byla zvolena kvalitativní výzkumná metoda, a tou je kazuistika na konkrétního pacienta, který byl hospitalizovaný na jednotce intenzivní péče. Hlavními cíli bakalářské práce bylo zmapovat problematiku a diagnostiku mozkové smrti a posoudit průběh všech fází vedoucích ke stanovení této diagnózy. Vedlejší cíle práce spočívají v zhodnocení fází ošetřovatelského procesu, v poskytnutí ošetřovatelské péče o dárce orgánů a monitoraci jeho životních funkcí před dárcovským procesem. Praktickým výstupem je vytvoření checklistu pro nelékařský zdravotnický personál, který popisuje postup při monitoraci pacienta s diagnostikou mozkové smrti, který je indikován kdárcovství orgánů. Cílem checklistu bylo vytvoření průvodce pro zdravotnický personál, který by měl usnadnit a uspořádat celý proces.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis entitled "Nursing care of a neurosurgical patient diagnosed with brain death" deals in the theoretical part with the anatomical basis, definition, diagnosis and pathophysiology of brain death. Furthermore, the transplantation process, its legislation and ethics. The last passage of the theoretical part is devoted to the roles of the general nurse about organ donation, basic nursing care and monitoring of physiological functions. To develop the practical part, a qualitative research method was chosen, which is a case report on a specific patient who was hospitalized in the intensive care unit. The main goals of the bachelor's thesis include mapping the issue and diagnosis of brain death and assessing the progress of all phases leading to the establishment of this diagnosis. Secondary objectives will evaluate the phases of the nursing process in the provision of nursing care for the organ donor and monitoring of his vital functions before the donation process. The practical output was the creation of a checklist for non-medical medical personnel, which describes the procedure for monitoring a patient diagnosed with brain death who is indicated for organ donation. The goal of the checklist was to create a guide for medical personnel, which should facilitate and organize the entire process.
