Territorial Authority: separate powers of regions

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o územní samosprávě v České republice. Předmětem teoretické části práce je stručný nástin vývoje územní samosprávy v České republice, vymezení základních územních samosprávných celků a charakteristika vyšších územních samosprávných celků. Práce se dále věnuje právům a povinnostem územní samosprávy, kde se dále zaměřuje především na samostatnou působnost krajů. Praktická část je zaměřena na Pardubický kraj, který je v práci stručně představen, je zde přiblížen Krajský úřad Pardubického kraje i Samospráva kraje. V závěrečné části bylo učiněno zhodnocení fungování krajské samosprávy.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with local authorities in the Czech Republic. The subject of the theoretical part is a brief outline of the development community in the Czech Republic, the delimitation of local bodies and characteristics of senior local government. The thesis also deals with the rights and obligations of municipal authorities, which also focuses primarily on the individual competence of regions. The practical part focuses on the Pardubice region, which is also briefly introduced, with focus on the Regional Authority of the Pardubice Region and Local Government Region. In the final part was done evaluation of the operation of regional administrations .
