Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na využití open source softwaru v místní samosprávě. Řeší důvody většího využití komerčního software v těchto organizacích.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis focuses on the use of open source software in local administration. It deals with the reasons for bigger use of commercial software in these organizations.
