Cílem této práce byla sociologická interpretace Hegelova pojetí státu, jak je zachyceno v Základech filosofie práva. A purpose of this text is sociological interpretation of Hegels notion of state as presented in Philosophy of Right. Concepts relevant from the point of view are stressed and reviewed: civil society, social stratification, public sphere or public opinion.
