Za téma své bakalářské práce jsem si zvolila nekalé soutěžní jednání v rámci hospodářské soutěže. As a topic of my bachelor thesis, I chose unfair competitive behaviour within the economic competition. The purpose of this work is to familiarize the public with the issue of unfair competition, to analyze the legal regulation of unfair competitive behaviour and subsequent analysis of the selected case.
