Housing Policy and Public Housing: Case Study Vsetín

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na bytovou politiku České republiky jako celku, ale zabývá se také praktickou aplikací této politiky na úrovni měst, konkrétně pojetím bytové politiky v podmínkách města Vsetína. Jedním z dílčích cílů práce je specifikace struktury rozsáhlého bytového fondu města a s touto skutečností související analýza procesu privatizace tohoto fondu, kterým je velikost bytového fondu ve Vsetíně řešena. V souvislosti se zkvalitňová-ním bydlení, jakožto jedním z cílů bytové politiky v rámci státu je zhodnocen proces rege-nerace vybraných panelových sídlišť na území města Vsetína. Součástí práce je také predikce vývoje bytové politiky města Vsetína a možná řešení ke zlepšení stavu hromadného bydlení.

Abstract:

The submitted thesis is focused on housing in the Czech Republic as a whole, and deals with practical application of this policy at the level of cities, specifically the concept of housing policy in terms of the city of Vsetin. One of the objectives of the thesis is to specify the structure of large-scale housing and the related analysis of this fact, the privatization process of the fund, which is to solve the size of the housing stock in Vsetin. In the context of a better housing as one of the objectives of housing policy in the state, the regeneration of selected housing estates in the city of Vsetin has been assessed. The thesis also includes prediction of the housing policy of Vsetin and possible solutions to improve the condition of mass housing.
