Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá sledováním vlivu klonů jakonu na obsah polyfenolických látek v jejich hlízách. Teoretická část je věnována stručnému přehledu andských plodin, jejich botanickému popisu, rozšíření a pěstování. Abstract:
The thesis deals with monitoring the impact of yacon clones to content of polyphenolic compounds in their tubers. The theoretical part is devoted to brief overview of Andean crops, their botanical description, distribution and cultivation.
