Abstract:

Manual therapy and physical therapy in the field of perineal re-education post-partum This thesis wants to compare the effectiveness of physical therapy to manual therapy dealing the re-education post-partum. The post-partum re-education is based on strengthening the pelvic floor. The pelvic floor is a complex structure composed by muscles, ligaments and connective tissue destined to various functions. It is necessary in the urinary, faecal, sexual, reproductive function and posture. Accordingly, a dysfunction of the pelvic floor aid in repercussions on the quality of life.

Abstract:

Terapia manuale e terapia fisica nell?ambito della rieducazione perineale post-partum. Questa tesi mette a confronto l?efficacia della terapia fisica con la terapia manuale per quanto riguarda il post-partum. La rieducazione post-partum si basa sul rinforzo del pavimento pelvico. Il pavimento pelvico ? una struttura complessa composta di muscoli, legamenti e tessuto connettivale che ? destinato a diverse funzioni. ? necessario nella funzione urinaria, fecale, sessuale, riproduttiva e statica. Di consequenza, una disfunzione del pavimento pelvico porta a ripercussioni sulla qualit? della vita.
