Tato diplomová práce se zabývá historickým vývojem neurčitých právních pojmů na našem území. Cílem práce je analyzovat rozsah a způsob využití vybraných neurčitých právních pojmů na našem území v průběhu historického vývoje. This diploma thesis focuses on the historical perspective of the ambiguous legal terms used in our territory. The aim is to analyse the range and the method of use selected ambiguous legal terms in the historical perspective.
