Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis is to propose the concrete and real possibilities of revitaliza-tion of the eastern part of former SVIT Zlín industrial area. The theoretical part summa-rizes modern knowledge of project management, evaluation of efficiency of investment, marketing communication and the brownfields revitalization, which are applied in further parts of thesis.
