Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá podmínkami k uplatnění autoregulace při výkonu pracovní činnosti u okresních soudů. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy vztahující se k řízení pracovního výkonu, sebeřízení a autoregulaci pracovní činnosti. Pozornost je věnována systému soudů v České republice a postavení pracovníků okresních soudů dle jejich pracovního zařazení. Praktická část má za cíl zjistit, jaký …more

The bachelor thesis deals with the conditions for the application of self-regulation in the performance of work in district courts.
