Abstract:

Obraz české kulturní krajiny si nelze představit bez řad rostoucích stromů, jenž už od pradávna doprovází naše stezky. Jako forma idealizované přírody byla člověkem vytvořena tzv. stromořadí nebo aleje. Dokladem důležitosti těchto doprovodných vegetačních prvků je diplomová práce “Inventarizace a návrh opatření stromořadí Krucemburk – Nové Ransko“, která dopodrobna rozebírá problematiku silniční zeleně a současně uvádí její návrhová řešení.Prvotním úkonem je definice dřevin jako významného krajinného prvku, dále popsání historického vývoje doprovodné zeleně a následné porovnání s dnešní problematikou, v níž je vysvětleno aktuální hodnocení stavu stromů spočívající v jejich ošetření a pěstební údržbě. V literární části je také samostatná kapitola věnována současné ochraně dřevin a příslušné legislativě. Základem práce je podrobný rozbor řešeného území, z pohledu historického a současného, u něhož je předpokladem použití metodiky hodnocení dřevin. Data jsou získána za pomoci komplexní inventarizace dřevin. Původní charakter stromořadí je zjištěn z historických map a záznamů. Důraz je kladen na současný stav solitérních dřevin a porostů, u kterých jsou hodnoceny dendrometrické veličiny, hodnoty zdravotního stavu, vitality a stability. Při průzkumu jsou zohledněny i biologické aspekty dřevin. U méně perspektivních jedinců je provedeno přesnější stanovení stability metodou WLA. Dle inventarizovaných dat jsou vypracována návrhová opatření pro zajištění provozní bezpečnosti a dlouhé životaschopnosti rostlin. V kombinaci s péčí je předkreslen návrh nové výsadby stromů i celých stromořadí. Všechny inventarizované dřeviny jsou zhodnoceny do inventarizačních tabulek a grafů. Konečným výstupem jsou inventarizační výkresy současného stavu, ve kterých je zakreslen návrh na vykácení a výsadbu stromů. Na závěr jsou navrhovaná opatření finančně vyčíslena. Přínosem této diplomové práce je vytvoření hodnotného podkladu pro dotčené správce nebo vlastníky pozemků, na kterých rostou stromy a porosty. Realizace návrhových opatření je nutná k naplnění obnovy a ochrany řešených stromořadí a alejí. Až bude dosaženo všech stanovených cílů, lze očekávat celkové zlepšení stavu dřevin.

Abstract:

The picture of Czech cultural landscape cannot be imagined without the rows of growing trees, that accompanies our paths since ancient times. Colonnades of trees or alley were created by human as the form of idealized nature. As a proof of importance of these accompanying vegetation elements is the diploma thesis “Inventorying and draft measure of the alley Krucemburk – Nové Ransko”, which discusses the issues of road greenery in details and simultaneously provides the proposal of solutions. The primal action is the definition of tree species as the significant landscape features, further describing the historical evolution of accompanying greenery and subsequent comparison with today´s issues, which explains the current evaluation status of trees consisting of their treatment and growing maintenance. In the literary part is also separate chapter devoted to the current protection of woody plants and the relevant legislation. The basic of work is detailed analysis of the area from the historic and today´s perspective, in which the prerequisite is to use the method to evaluate woody plants. The data are obtained with the help comprehensive inventory of trees and crops. The original character of alleys is found in the historical documents and maps. The emphasis is on the current state of trees and woody plantations, in which are evaluated the dendrometric quantities, values of vitality, health and stability. The biological aspects of trees are also taken into the survey. For less perspective individuals is provided the more precise determination of the stability by using the method of Wind Load Analysis. According to the inventoried data, there are established the measures for processing security and long-term viability of plants. In combination with care it is drafted new planting proposal of trees and whole alley. All inventoried trees are evaluated into inventoried tables and graphs. The final results are inventoried drawings of current state, in which is drafted a suggestion for cutting trees and new planting. Finally, for the proposed measures is done the financial balance.The benefit of this thesis is to create valuable basic for administrators and affected landowners, where the trees and plantations grow. The implementation of measures is necessary to regenerate and protect solved tree lines and alleys. When the objectives are achieved, we can await the overall improvement of status of woody plants.
