Abstract:
V současnosti druhé největší město naší republiky, město Brno, představuje velmi důležité politicko správní, kulturní, vzdělávací a hospodářské centrum. Výhodná zeměpisná poloha jej rovněž předurčila k roli přirozeného střediska regionu. The city Brno is currently the second largest one in the Czech Republic. It incarnates the role of political administrative unit supporting culture, education and economic centre as well. Favorable geographical position institutes the town into the role of natural regional precinct.
