The CRM tools and their application
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on IT systems in customer relationships management and their comparison. This work study the functionality of different CRM tools (specifically SAP CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot CRM and Desk.com from the company Salesforce.com). In the end, this thesis recommend which tool is suitable for which type of company according to the characteristics of these systems.

Ce mémoire de master est consacré aux outils de la gestion de la relation client et leur comparaison. Le travail étudie les fonctionnalités des différents outils de la GRC (concr?tement SAP CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot CRM et Desk.com de la société Salesforce.com).   • Co je nové rychlý přístup k souborům

    Pomocí funkce Nedávné je možné se rychle vrátit k právě prohlíženým souborům. Oblíbené soubory je také možné označit Hvězdičkou.

    Připravujeme další vylepšení pro mobilní zařízení.
