A purpose of diploma thesis is to analyse a penal regulation of corruption practices and to find advisable methods how to battle with corruption. Diploma thesis is devided to ten chapters. Cieľom diplomovej práce je analýza trestnoprávnej úpravy korupčného jednania a nájdenie vhodných metód ako bojovať s korupciou. Práca je rozdelená na 10 kapitol. Začiatok práce je venovaný vymedzeniu pojmov korupcia a úplatkárstvo. V tretej kapitole sa zaoberám jednotlivými skutkovými podstatami súvisiacimi s korupciou.
