Consolidated financial statements
Abstract:
Práce je úvodem do oblasti konsolidace. Definuje základní pojmy jako je vliv, prvky skupiny podniků a jejich vzájemné vztahy. Dále se zabývá koncepcemi pohledu na konsolidovanou účetní závěrku, účetními metodami konsolidace a samotnými metodami konsolidace. Zobrazuje také rozdíly mezi českým, mezinárodním a americkým účetním systémem.
Abstract:
This work provides basic information about consolidation and consolidated financial statements. In the beginning there are definisions of the members of the group under discussion and their relationship. Hereafter concepts of consolidation, accounting methods and methods of consolidation are discussed. It also compares approach of different accounting systems to consolidation.
