Czech Electricity Transmission Operator valuation
Abstract:
Práce si klade za cíl zhodnotit možnost aplikace všeobecně uznávaných oceňovacích principů v podmínkách regulovaného podniku a případně navrhnout alternativní postup pro stanovení jeho hodnoty. Výstupem práce je rovněž praktické použití navrženého postupu (regulační model) při ocenění vlastního jmění společnosti ČEPS.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the application of generally accepted methods for business valuation within the environment of a price regulated business and to draw up an alternative approach for market value estimation. The thesis contains also application example of the proposed approach (regulatory model) applied on shareholder's equity valuation process.
