Doing Business under the Trade Licensing Act and its Control in the Zlín Region

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu podnikání v režimu živnostenského zákona a jeho kontrole vykonávané obecními živnostenskými úřady v regionu Zlínského kraje. V úvodní části se práce zabývá zpracováním teoretických poznatků z oblasti živnostenského podnikání, organizace jeho správy a kontroly. Následně analyzuje stav živnostenského podnikání ve vybraném regionu, kdy se podrobněji zaměřuje na oblast výkonu kontrolní činnosti příslušnými obecními živnostenskými úřady. Výsledkem práce je navržení opatření a představení projektu na podporu efektivnějšího výkonu živnostenské kontroly ve Zlínském kraji.

Abstract:

This thesis is devoted to business under the trade law regime and its control carried out by municipal trade offices in the Zlín region. The introduction part describes deals with the processing of theoretical knowledge from the field of trade business, organization of its administration, and control. Subsequently, it analyzes the state of trade entrepreneurship in the selected region, focusing more on the area of control activities performed by the relevant municipal trade authorities. The result of this work is the design of measures and the presentation of a project to support the more effective performance of trade control in the Zlín region.
