The goal of my graduation thesis is to define the intervention of the insurance. The main purpose is to mention the Brokerage as part of the development of the insurance company. V mojej diplomovej práci sa venujem charakteristike sprostredkovania poistenia. Hlavným cieľom je poukázať na maklérsku firmu ako súčasť rozvoja poisťovne. Zameriavam sa na konkrétnu maklérsku firmu R. I. C. Slovakia s.r.o. Práca je rozdelená do štyroch kapitol. Obsahuje 6 obrázkov, 3 tabuľky, 3 grafy a 37 príloh.
