Analysis of the relationship between selected renewable energy sources and a non-renewable source.

Abstract:

Tato práce se zaměřuje na zkoumání vzájemného vztahu mezi obnovitelnými a neobnovitelnými zdroji energie a jejich dopadem na ekonomický růst a energetickou soběstačnost. Cílem je analýza cenového srovnání a ekonomické účinnosti obnovitelných a neobnovitelných zdrojů energie, zohledňující ekonomické faktory a využívání hybridních energetických systémů. Je zde použit systematický přístup k analýze cen elektřiny a využívání obnovitelných zdrojů energie ve vybraných zemích. Zkoumané státy v této práci pro komparativní analýzu zahrnují Spojené státy americké, Čínu, Indii a Evropskou unii. Jsou zde porovnávána data o cenách elektřiny za poslední rok z dostupných statistických úřadů. Následně je zde provedeno srovnání nárůstu celkové spotřeby a podílu jednotlivých typů zdrojů spotřeby elektřiny mezi vybranými státy. Analyzují se zde také vyrovnané náklady na energii (LCOE) různých typů energií, jako jsou jednotlivé typy obnovitelných zdrojů, fosilní paliva a jaderná energie. Výzkum taktéž zahrnuje analýzu nárůstu cen fosilních paliv a jejich vlivu na ceny elektřiny. Pro výzkum vlivu na HDP, který je zde rovněž začleněn, je provedena komparativní a regresní analýza, zahrnující vztah mezi růstem HDP, exportem, spotřebou energie a podílem obnovitelných zdrojů. Dále jsou zde zkoumány hybridní energetické systémy, jejich ekonomický potenciál, dostupnost energie z různých zdrojů a průměrná doba fungování jednotlivých zdrojů energie. Ukazuje se, že přechod na obnovitelné zdroje energie má potenciál přinést ekonomické výhody a snížit emise CO₂, a to při zachování energetické nezávislosti. Práce také poukazuje na výzvy spojené s nejistotou v dodávkách obnovitelných zdrojů energie a nutností dalšího výzkumu v oblasti skladování energie a optimalizace energetických sítí. Limity studie zahrnují dostupnost dat a regionální variabilitu. Přínos této práce spočívá v poskytnutí komplexního pohledu na vzájemný vztah mezi obnovitelnými a neobnovitelnými zdroji energie a jejich dopadem na ekonomický růst. Získané poznatky předávají důležité informace pro rozhodování v oblasti energetické nejistoty a podporují diskusi o udržitelných strategiích pro budoucnost.

Abstract:

This work focuses on examining the interrelationship between renewable and non-renewable energy sources and their impact on economic growth and energy independence. The aim is to analyze the price comparison and economic efficiency of renewable and non-renewable energy sources, considering economic factors and the use of hybrid energy systems. A systematic approach is used to analyze electricity prices and the use of renewable energy sources in selected countries. The countries studied in this comparative analysis include the United States, China, India, and the European Union. Data on electricity prices from the past year are compared using available statistical offices. Subsequently, a comparison is made of the increase in total consumption and the share of different types of electricity consumption sources among the selected countries. The levelized cost of energy (LCOE) of various types of energy, including renewable sources, fossil fuels, and nuclear energy, is also analyzed. The research also includes an analysis of the increase in fossil fuel prices and their impact on electricity prices. For the study of the impact on GDP, which is also included, a comparative and regression analysis is conducted, examining the relationship between GDP growth, exports, energy consumption, and the share of renewable sources. Additionally, hybrid energy systems, their economic potential, the availability of energy from various sources, and the average operating time of individual energy sources are examined. It is shown that the transition to renewable energy sources has the potential to bring economic benefits and reduce CO₂ emissions while maintaining energy independence. The work also highlights the challenges associated with the uncertainty of renewable energy supplies and the need for further research in the field of energy storage and optimization of energy networks. The study's limitations include data availability and regional variability. The contribution of this work lies in providing a comprehensive view of the interrelationship between renewable and non-renewable energy sources and their impact on economic growth. The insights gained provide important information for decision-making in the area of energy uncertainty and support the discussion of sustainable strategies for the future.
