Předmětem diplomové práce je analýza nákladů nemocnice a na základě vypracované ana-lýzy navržení projektu řízení režijních nákladů za vybrané období. Teoretická část obsahuje základní poznatky získané z odborné literatury charakteristické pro řízení nákladů a jejich kalkulaci, konkrétně o pojetí nákladů, klasifikaci nákladů a jejich alokaci a kalkulačních metod. The subject of this diploma thesis is an analysis of the cost of hospital and on the basis of the analysis developed design project management overheads for the selected period.
