Uplatnění zásady "ne bis in idem" v oblasti správního trestání

The essence of the thesis is “ne bis in idem” principle and its impact on administrative punishment.
Abstract:
Účelem bakalářské práce je poskytnout právní analýzu úpravy zásad činnosti správních orgánů ovládajících oblast správního trestání. Jádrem práce je pojednání o zásadě ne bis in idem a jejím působení v oblasti správního trestání. Pozornost je věnována de lege lata právní úpravě zásady ne bis in idem v obecné rovině, jakož i de lege aplicata jejímu uplatnění v rámci správního trestání.
Abstract:
The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to provide legal analysis of principles that are typical for administrative punishment executed in the framework of public administrative bodies activity. The essence of the thesis is “ne bis in idem” principle and its impact on administrative punishment.
