Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma paraquat je vypracována formou rešerše, a zabývá se pesticidy obecně a jedním ze zástupců, kterým je paraquat. Práce je rozdělena do tří základních částí. První se zaměřuje na obecnou charakteristiku pesticidů, důvody jejich používání, dopad na životní prostředí a na použití pesticidů u nás a ve světě. Druhá část je zaměřena na rozdělení pesticidů podle různých hledisek, např.: podle cílové skupiny, podle mechanismu účinku apod. se stručnou klasifikací zástupců jednotlivých skupin. Třetí část se zabývá konkrétním zástupcem pesticidů, paraquatem. Je popsán mechanismus účinku, projevy intoxikace, terapie a první pomoc, vliv na životní prostředí a dopad na biosféru v ekosystémech.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis about paraquat deals with pesticides in general and one of their representatives. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is focused on the general characteristics of pesticides, their impact on the environment and the use of pesticides in the Czech Republic and worldwide. The second part is focused on the distribution of pesticides according to various criteria (e.g. target group, the mechanism of action) with a brief classification of each group representatives. The third part deals specifically with one representative of the pesticide family, paraquat. It describes the mechanism of action, symptoms of intoxication, treatment and first aid, environmental impact and impact on the biosphere in ecosystems.
