Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce na téma Motivace a její vliv na zvyšování výkonnosti podniku se zabývá tím, jaké jsou klíčové problémy při výběru motivačního programu ve zkoumané společnosti, jaké jsou hlavní faktory, které ovlivňují rozhodování vedení společnosti v otázkách motivace zaměstnanců a jaká kritéria uplatňuje vedení společnosti při vytváření návrhu pro posílení motivování zaměstnanců. V teoretické části této diplomové práce se vychází z odborné literatury, pomocí které se vysvětlí hlouběji pojmy motivace, management, styly řízení manažera, rentabilita podniku a rozdíl mezi výkonem a výkonností zaměstnance. V praktické části této práce se, pro průzkum motivace zaměstnanců ve zkoumané společnosti, využije dotazníkové šetření. V závěru jsou navrhovaná řešení pro vytvoření motivačního programu vedoucí k posílení motivace zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma work Motivation and its effect on increasing company’s efficiency is focused on key factors of choosing motivation programs in the selected company, what are the main factors, which influence management of the company regarding the motivation of its employees and what is the criterion that that management selects for strengthening the motivation of the employees. The theoretical part of the diploma work is taken from the technical literature and it describes the terms of motivation, management, management leadership style, profitability of the company and the difference between the performance and productivity of the employee. The practical part is focused on the employee motivation in the specific company and it is processed via questionnaire form. The final part is focused on the creation of the new motivation program, which will strengthen the motivation of employees.
