The bachelor thesis deals with the legislation of the entrepreneurial activities of foreign persons in the territory of the Slovak Republic and is divided into three chapters. Abstract:
Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá právnou úpravou podnikania zahraničných osôb na území Slovenskej republiky a je rozdelená na tri kapitoly. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na definovanie a charakteristiku základných pojmov. Druhá kapitola analyzuje vybrané formy podnikania zahraničných osôb na území Slovenskej republiky. Tretia kapitola sa venuje podpore a ochrane zahraničných subjektov zo strany štátu.
